About framerates:

30 fps was chosen specifically to give users more flexibility with these shots in their projects. The subject matter in this clip is motion-ambiguous, meaning that there are no hard points of reference to potentially impair the perceived fluidity of the motion and animation when setting to slower framerates.

This means that you have the ability to interpret the footage as 24 fps when importing into your project, slightly reducing the speed of the action, but still retaining convincing fluidity of motion. But the option to remain at the source 30 fps is available to users should they desire to work in 30 fps projects.
